Available Positions
Production Worker – €14.40/hour (21+ years)
- Packing cheese and boxes
- Completing pallets
- Cleaning cheese (schaver), stacking
- Feeding cheese onto the production line
Operator – €14.73/hour (21+ years)
- Operating production lines
- Monitoring product quality
- Managing the workflow and supporting staff
Job Requirements
To be eligible for a position at Vergeer Holland, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- EU nationality (required to work legally in the Netherlands)
- 18 years or older (minimum age to work in production)
- Available for shift work (morning, afternoon, or night shifts)
- Willing to work in a cold environment (3–5°C in the warehouse)
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks such as lifting, packing, and standing for long periods
- Basic understanding of English (for safety instructions, communication, and training)
- Able to follow strict hygiene and safety rules (no jewelry, makeup, perfume, or headphones during work)
- Prepared to wear protective clothing (hairnet, safety shoes, working jacket, etc.)
- Flexible and reliable – punctual attendance and teamwork are essential
